DAX futures (FDAX) trade on Eurex from 01:10 to 22:00 CET in winter and 02:10 to 22:00 CEST in summer — a constant 00:10 UTC open — Monday to Friday.
- In Beijing time the open is 08:10 year-round; the close is 05:00 next day in European winter and 04:00 in European summer.
- European summer time runs Mar 29 – Oct 25, 2026; from Oct 25 the local open returns to 01:10 CET.
- Remaining Eurex closures in 2026: Dec 24, Dec 25 and Dec 31.

What is the DAX future (FDAX) and how much is one point worth?
The DAX future (FDAX) is Eurex’s cash-settled index future on the DAX: €25 per index point, with a 1-point tick worth €25.
- Expiry and settlement: the three nearest quarterly months (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec) are listed; the last trading day is the third Friday of the maturity month (or the preceding exchange day), trading stops at 13:00 local time when the Xetra intraday auction starts, the final settlement price is derived from Xetra auction prices of the DAX constituents, and cash settlement is paid on the next exchange day. Under this rule the remaining 2026 expiries are Sep 18 and Dec 18.
- The three sizes: FDAX €25, Mini-DAX (FDXM) €5 and Micro-DAX (FDXS) €1 per point — identical hours and expiry rules, only the multiplier differs.
- Hong Kong / Taipei / Singapore time (all UTC+8, same as Beijing): opens 08:10 year-round and closes 05:00 next day in European winter or 04:00 in European summer; the 13:00 local cut-off on the last trading day is 20:00 (winter) or 19:00 (summer). This site carries no quotes or margin figures — check margins with your broker.
