Six read-only tools
Once connected, ask your agent a question. Unpublished data and dates outside coverage return an explicit unknown.
trading_day- Is SHFE open on a given trading date, and which date owns the night session?
next_closure- When is the next published DCE holiday closure?
trading_hours- What are the day and night session hours for SHFE copper?
contract_expiry- When does a published SHFE copper contract expire?
recent_rule_changes- Which margin or price-limit changes were published in the past week?
recent_notices- Which exchange notices were published in the past week?
03 · SOURCES & USE
Limits, sources and privacy
Free allowance: 200 tool calls per IP per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Limits return HTTP 429 with Retry-After; global service limits also apply. No key application is needed.
Hours and expiries use published Futures Clock structured data. Trading days and closures use Markets Open calendars. Changes and notices use published China Exchange Circulars (CEC) records. A notice record is not a verified current rule: official exchange texts take precedence.
Futures Clock data uses its Open Data Compilation License; Markets Open calendars use CC BY 4.0. CEC records grant no new license to official notice text. Preserve source links, status and attribution; each source retains its own terms.
